      The working culture of Asia  related to tradition ,culture.Old sociologist have put the working culture in daily life  cleverly  in society.So,we do not hesitate to  work.

          Working culture has changed  it  turned  into a complex  thought.For instance-after  coming European to Asia ,Africa, Latin America their working  culture  has inspired Indian, Pakistan,Bangladesh  , Sri Lanka  and  in  all South-Asia  countries.

      In China what  you  will see about working culture that would  be different in Honk Kong which was  ruled by European.

          Now    Honk  Kong is much  more  popular and  developed  than Beijing, Songhai  and  other  cities of China.

              In  India  its  own working  has merged  maximum  into  European working culture.

           Already ancient working culture was  controlled by caste  system.

           European came  to  India and  slowly slowly   the working  culture changed. A   good   working culture  gone ruin. The  educated  mass of India did  not  want  to  work  only  for work. Thus the economy also   could  not progress as  before.

     Now  the situation  of  India after  Globalization ,Industrialization is  changed. But  the  younger generation  is  suffering  to  get a  proper  mentality   in  changing  scenario. The  younger mass are  confused and jealous  seeing  the  comfort  the mental  work.
       For instance between a software engineer and a  building  construction labor.
         Human resource development  in  India  is  related  to  only  mental  work  not physical .For this  reason India  has no  position  in  Olympic comparison Russia, China   and  America.

        India  like  situation  is    almost  in Bangladesh,  Pakistan ,Nepal, Bhutan ,Sri Lanka ,Vietnam and  in My mar.

         Religion has a great  role in  working  culture.

       Our parents  ,people of  society should  not  show  the hand, easy things  between physical and  mental  work.

       From  childhood  a child  know mental  work  is respectable  ,.Society  admire  the  mental  work.

     China   has  Buddhism but Chinese  philosopher  touched the  religion  with own  regional  innovative  cultural  thought.

   Now-a -day we  see  the result  of  Buddhism. Already the  working  culture was  developed. Buddhism added  a  twist  in  it. Now  for  this  flexible  working  culture China  has  crossed  in  GDP  and  also  in  manufacturing  than  Japan.

        China   manufacturing sector  which  supply  product  to Africa, Latin America, Asia,  U.S.   possible for  its  modern  working  culture.

         At the  beginning  time  of  industrial  revolution the working  culture  of Europe was  magnificent  and  marvelous  but  after  200  years  of  industrialization   the  manpower  is  too  much  mechanized.

         The   younger   manpower just want to  do  everything  by   machine.

        When   there is  a  national goal to  achieve  the  younger  generation  inspired by it   and  implement  in  real  life.

      For instance, a  recent study  was  done  in  China.  The  result  showed   that  Chinese  people  can  do  anything to  be  no. 1 economically.

       Here a  national  spirit  move  across  country  which  rise  a  lazy  man to  be  active.

      It  is  very  sad  that  a  saturation  point has  come  to  European  working  force.

       Go   to Africa. South  Africa  is  developed  in  Africa  due  to  its  white  man's  working  culture  impact  to South  African  working  culture.

  Lastly   Internet, Video game, technology   make laziness to   working culture . I   think   for hard   working mass   Africa would  be  next    developed  continent.
